Lauren THompson

Lauren is a San Diego native and graduate from Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Theatre Arts. Co-op credits include Violet (Music Hall Singer)The 39 Steps (The Woman)Dancing at Lughnasa (Chris Mundy),  Cat's Paw (Cathy u/s)The Mystery of Edwin Drood (Florence Gill), and The Matchmaker (Cook). Other Los Angeles Theatre credits: Angela in Empty Glasses (World Premiere) directed by Andi Chapman; Almost Maine (Sandrine/Hope). San Diego credits include The Pajama Game (Rita);  Into the Woods (Bakers Wife)Les Miserables (Fantine); City of Angels (Quartet); and Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey). 

TV/Film credits include Roman J. Israel, Esq. (opposite Denzel Washington) directed by Dan Gilroy, Unusual SuspectsKiller KidsSurvival SkillsThe Accountants, and Soccer Moms. Commercial credits include Verizon FiosNescafeBarefoot WineHello GigglesG-Fuel Energy, and several others.  

In addition to acting, Lauren travels as a lead vocalist with Collective Music throughout Southern California and the country. When she is not on stage, she enjoys producing and writing. She is currently developing an original comedic film titled Grown Ups and Downs, based off her childhood growing up alongside a brother with Downs Syndrome.
